Taylor Sheridan’s Landman Season 3 Faces Extended Delay as New Production Timeline Emerges
Fans of Taylor Sheridan’s Landman may face a longer wait for the series’ third season, as new production details suggest filming has been pushed back. The show was reportedly expected to begin production in August 2026, but actor James Jordan has indicated that cameras are now scheduled to roll in September.
Production could continue into early 2027, making a late-2026 premiere increasingly unlikely. Paramount+ has not yet confirmed an official release date, so viewers may have to wait until 2027 before the next chapter arrives.
The upcoming season is expected to continue following the high-stakes world of the oil industry, with Billy Bob Thornton returning in the lead role. Taylor Sheridan is reportedly still developing the scripts, suggesting that the delay could allow the creative team additional time to shape the storyline. While the extended timeline may disappoint fans, it could also build anticipation for another ambitious season of the popular drama.
